Agreement

These terms govern use of this website and any proposal or service description we send. Using the site or requesting a proposal means you accept these terms.

Services

We provide design and development services as described in each proposal (scope, timeline, price). Scope is fixed per proposal; changes require written agreement and may affect price/timeline.

Fees & payment

Fees as quoted (e.g. web/mobile projects). Invoices are payable per the schedule in the proposal, typically net 14 days. Late payment may pause work.

Intellectual property

Until full payment, work product remains ours. Upon payment you receive the agreed rights to use deliverables for your business. Pre-existing tools, libraries and open-source components remain ours or licensed under their own terms.

Liability & disclaimer

Website content is for general information only, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. Nothing limits liability for willful misconduct or mandatory statutory liability.
