Drache Robotics ('we', 'us') operates this website. This policy explains how we handle personal data, including messages sent via our contact form.

Data we collect via /contact
When you use the contact form we collect: name, email, company (optional), project type, budget range, and message. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. We do not use it for marketing unless you explicitly ask.
Email delivery via Resend
Messages from /contact are delivered via Resend, Inc. (USA) acting as data processor on our behalf. Your form data is transmitted to Resend solely to send the email notification. Resend processes data under a Data Processing Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses. Data is not used for marketing by Resend and is stored in the USA with appropriate safeguards.

Legal basis & retention
Legal basis: consent when you submit the form and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep enquiries for 12 months unless a contract follows, in which case we keep data for the statutory retention period for commercial correspondence.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by writing to contacto@dracherobotics.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies & third parties
We use Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate (pages viewed, approximate country, device). Google may set cookies for this. Visitors in the EU, EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent first and analytics stays off until they accept; you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookies" button in the footer. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on any site: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam, which processes technical data from your browser.
